How many liter water do you use per day? This is important question to choose capacity of small size commercial reverse osmosis system. Such us, in one day you need 10.000 liter water, and one day is 24 hours.
10.000 liter / 24 hours = 416 liter/hours (LPH).
Commercial size reverse osmosis systems capacity rang is 100LPH, 250LPH, 500LPH, 750 LPH, 1000LPH, 1250LPH, 1500LPH and 2000LPH.
If you do not want system to work at night, you can choose 1.000LPH system because your daily need is 10.000Liters and 10 hours working, 10.000liters/10hours = 1.000LPH

What kind of material can be used for 1000LPH Commercial RO Plant?
For the filter tanks, they are sand filter tank, carbon filter tank and softer tank, you can choose stainless steel 304/316/316L or FRP (fiber glass reinforced plastic).

For pipes, you can choose stainless steel 304/316/316L or food grade U-PVC.

What is the size of the 1TPH Commercial RO Equipment?
Chunke is water filtration system manufacturer, therefore we can customize the size of system. Our standard size is as follow;

How often change RO membrane?
It depends on your source water quality. If we check your water analysis report, we can exactly tell you time. It is about 3 to 5 years.
How often do I change PP filter in Cartridge Filter Housing?
We suggest to change PP filter every month, but ialso you can decide pressure drop at inlet and outlet in cartridge filter housing. If pressure drop is more than 0.5bar, it is time to change PP filters.
Do you use which brand i want in RO Plant?
Yes, we have wide option for brand selection. Chunke as water treatment company never uses no name brand or any brand that is not in international standards in our water treatment systems.
What is the material for Skid or Frame?
We prefer to use Stainless Steel 304, but we have option for epoxy coated carbon steel or stainless steel 316.
What is the water TDS level after Commercial Reverse Osmosis System?
To tell this one exactly, we have to check your water analysis report. But if your water is Tap Water (City water, municipal water) and if TDS level is around 300µs/cm, we can reach to 10 µs/cm level at permeate, treated clean water.
